We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the famous pottery market. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and all the necessary amenities. The showers were set on a platform that drained well, providing a luxurious and hassle-free experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering 24-hour room service and ensuring that all our needs were met. We were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has a decent location, close to some nice restaurants and shops. The breakfast included was good and the staff was polite and helpful. Two free bottles of water were provided daily in the room, which was appreciated.
The hotel was not up to expectations. The room was uncomfortable, with old furniture and an unpleasant smell.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to many attractions and restaurants. the price for the room was not expensive. the Wi-Fi connection was decent and we enjoyed the free amenities offered in our room.
the staff was quite unhelpful and barely spoke any English, which made communication difficult.

Some visitors have noted that the hotel could improve on its breakfast options, as there seems to be a limited selection of Western food and fruits available.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Its central location in the city center allowed for easy access to the shopping street, similar to Orchard Road in Singapore. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the river, which was conveniently close by. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
